LuK still leads the way….

Schaeffler (UK) Ltd has kicked off 2016 by continuing to add to its market-leading LuK clutch range.

The global technology giant introduced new parts for a staggering additional 5.55 million vehicles last year and has already announced more additions to continue to make it the first-choice for independent garage workshops.

In 2015 it introduced 53 new LuK RepSets, 23 LuK RepSet Pros, 24 Dual Mass Flywheels (DMFs) and 14 LuK Cylinders, and so far this year has added six new LuK RepSets, two RepSet Pros and a DMF, to increase vehicle parc coverage by more than 366,000.

Recent additions to the range include parts for some significant Ford models including LuK RepSets for the Focus III 1.0 EcoBoost, 02/2012-, and Focus III 1.6 Ti, 04/2011-, LuK RepSet Pros for the Fiesta VI 1.0 EcoBoost, 01/2013-, and Mondeo IV (BA7) 1.6 TDCi, 02/2011-, and a LuK RepSet 2CT for the Focus III 1.6 Ti (Dual Shift Gearbox), 04/2011-. Plus there’s a DMF for the Focus III 1.6 TDCi, 04/2011-.

In addition there have been new LuK Master Cylinders released for the vehicle manufacturer’s Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) models, the Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi, 10/2011-, and Transit Courier 1.6 TDCi, 02/2014-.

New releases also include parts for a wide variety of Far Eastern vehicles including a LuK Slave Cylinder for the Toyota RAV 4 Mk II (CLA2, XA2, ZCA2, ACA2,) 2.0 D-4D 4WD, 09/2001-11/2005, and a LuK RepSet Pro for the Nissan Qashqai/Qashqai +2 (J10, JJ10) 1.6 dCi, 10/2011-.

VAG models are also catered for with a LuK RepSet now available for the Audi TT (8J3) 2.0 TFSI, 05/20-10-06/2014, a LuK RepSet and RepSet Pro for the VW Tiguan (5N) 2.0 TSI 4motion, 05/2011-, a DMF for the VW Polo (6R, 6C) 1.4 06/2009-, and a LuK Bolt Set for the VW Golf Mk IV (1J1) 2.8 V6 4motion, 03/1999-06/2005.
